About Me
I am a Postdoc at UMass Chan Medical School in Weng Lab. I’m interested in exploring 3D genome and epigenome changes in diseases and developing computational tools for understanding the difference in gene regulation.
I received my Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Informatics from Peking University in Zhao Lab, where I focused on identifying and understanding cancer lncRNAs through the integration of multi-omics data and machine learning approaches.
In my free time, I enjoy badminton, hip-hop, and watching movies.
